It's really starting to look like a house now. They were cleaning up the brick today, and our builder called to schedule the pre-drywall walk-through for tomorrow...
Once again, I arrived at (or just after) lunch time for the workers. Our garage door might as well be the front door to El Nopal. They actually have a propane grill setup to cook burritos while they all sit around listening to the familar music that is apparently sold to every Mexican restaurant in the country. This of course was all blasting from a circa-1984 boom box. I have to admit it was a sweet boom box... the full handle across the top (great for walking around with it on your shoulder) and the dual cassette players. Keep it real, fellas...
