Introducing Carter David!
At 3:22 pm today, Carter David became the newest member of the Strandberg family! He weighed in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Mom and baby are both doing well, after Carter gave us a little scare with some abnormally breathing. The nurses noticed he was struggling with some breaths and later found he had some fluid in his lungs and the oxygen levels in his blood were low. He's doing better now and will be under observation through the night. As long as he progresses okay, Mom and baby should be able to come home on Thursday. CONGRATULATIONS STRANDBERGS! Jason, I just knew being the proud dad you are, that you would get pix of Carter up on your site right away! He is absolutely gorgeous! A lovely bright red, just like a new baby should be! Cathy, you did a fabulous job! Glad to hear all went pretty quickly and that Carter is doing well after his breathing problem.
